Exchange Policy

Customers have 7 days from the receipt of goods (as documented by the shipping carrier) to contact Fashion Furs for an exchange request. Exchanges will not be accepted without first obtaining an Exchange Merchandise Authorization # from Fashion Furs. Items received by Fashion Furs without an ERA # will be refused from the shipper and returned to you. Exchange replacements will be shipped immediately upon receipt of original item unless item is backordered. In which case, the replacement item will ship to customer immediately upon entering Fashion Furs inventory. Costs for return shipping to Fashion Furs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange of merchandise is at the soul discretion of Fashion Furs. Returned items damaged by customer may be subject to reasonable repair costs, as determined by Fashion Furs, and must be paid to complete exchange.

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted with out first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization # from Fashion Furs. Items received by Fashion Furs without an RMA # will be refused from shipper and returned to you. Acceptance of merchandise returns are at the soul discretion of Fashion Furs. Shipping (exactly as charged by carrier) in addition to a 5% restocking fee will be charged to all returned merchandise. Returned items damaged by customer may be subject to reasonable repair costs, as determined by Fashion Furs, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE with your order from Fashion Furs when shipping to the 48 contiguous States. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive 5 to 10 business days from the day you place your order.

If you are in a hurry you may choose our 4 Day Select shipping option when checking out for an additional cost of $20.00. You will receive your purchase by the end of the fourth business day when this option is selected.

For orders to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico and international locations please contact us for a current rate. The rate to ship to your location can be quoted via e-mail or verbally by calling 1-800-FASH-FUR. This amount will be noted on your invoice and charged to your credit card in addition to your purchase.

All deliveries will require a signature. Please note: if your package appears damaged while in transit you must refuse delivery or make a note on the signature copy.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to Fashion Furs (We hate junk mail too!). Your personal and contact information will never be shared, sold or distributed for any reason with the exception of what is necessary to complete your transaction or assist in customer service issues.

Fashion Furs privacy policy is void in the event of suspected fraud. (see “Fraud Warning”)

Fashion Furs maintains an aggressive anti-fraud program and will prosecute all unauthorized or fraudulent transactions to the fullest extent allowed by law. We zealously report all cases of credit-card fraud to the appropriate authorities, and all such cases are relentlessly pursued until prosecuted. We approach these matters with extreme seriousness to protect our customers and individual credit cardholders.

If you reside in the United States and are not authorized to use the credit-card number provided, we will refer your case to the United States Secret Service. (Overseas cases are referred to Interpol). Under U.S. Law, each *attempt* to use a credit-card fraudulently may subject you to imprisonment of 10 years and a $10,000 fine. (Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 3056 and Title 18 U.S.C. 1030[d])

Pricing

The price of items available on fashionfurs.com are subject to change without notice. Fur material is purchased through international auctions, hence our prices change with market values. Once you click “add to cart”, your price is guaranteed. If you do not complete your purchase by clicking “confirm order” and wait until a later time, the price you pay could be higher.

Product Consistency

The products sold on fasionfurs.com are handmade from biological materials. Therefore, there will be slight variations from the items pictured. Every effort has been made to make these variations as minor as possible, but you may notice a slight difference in color or the constructuring pattern of the material. In most cases these variations will not be noticeable. The fit and style will be exactly same as pictured.
